Mr. Gaba is a member of Brock Clay’s Corporate and Transactional Department, focusing primarily on real estate, both commercial and residential. Mr. Gaba has several years of experience working in law firms and he also served as In-House Counsel for one of Georgia’s largest thrift institutions. He has also served as a staff attorney for the Resolution Trust Corporation, and as a private practitioner representing financial institutions, governmental agencies, corporations, developers and individuals in residential and commercial real estate and corporate matters. Mr. Gaba has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia on real estate closings. Mr. Gaba attended undergraduate school at Emory University where he was elected to Phi Theta Kappa honor fraternity and he then went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law. Mr. Gaba is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the National Asian Pacific Bar Association. |
