Joseph B. Alonso is a member of Brock Clay’s Litigation Practice Group. He represents clients in disputes over contracts, intellectual property, and trade secrets in courts and in arbitration. Mr. Alonso has experience with computer forensics and the defense and prosecution of claims under Georgia's Computer Systems Protection Act. Additionally, he served as the Chairperson for the Municipal Court Committee for the City of Johns Creek in 2006. Mr. Alonso is a Registered Arbitrator with the State of Georgia and has served as a referee and arbitrator. Mr. Alonso is the President-Elect for the North Fulton Bar Association. He is currently serving on the State Bar of Georgia's Judicial Procedure and Administration Committee and is a participant in the State Bar of Georgia Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy.
