Daniel H. Wirth is a member of Brock Clay's litigation practice group. He represents clients in securities arbitrations, contract disputes, including those involving restrictive covenants, and other employment and commercial litigation. He also has experience with employment discrimination and wrongful termination claims.

Mr. Wirth obtained his Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University, after which he served as a law clerk in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court. Prior to joining Brock Clay, Mr. Wirth represented New York City in labor and employment law matters. There he conducted discrimination trial work in matters covered by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act, appeared on labor arbitrations and advised City management on workers compensation matters and disputes arising under collective bargaining agreements and civil service laws. Mr. Wirth is also a member of the New York and Massachusetts State Bars.
