Mr. Doyle's diverse corporate and education practice includes experience in the following areas: corporate governance, contracting and procurement, finance, federal and state law compliance, employment, and real estate.

Mr. Doyle has served as a School Board Attorney since 2003. He has defended school districts in the Georgia Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Superior Courts, and the Georgia Department of Education. He serves as Board Attorney for the Marietta City Schools, a system with 8,000 students and 1,300 employees, and has worked closely with the firm's other school board clients, from large metro area school districts to mid-size and small school districts across the state. Local school board attorneys frequently call upon him to assist them with matters affecting their client school districts.

Mr. Doyle is a graduate of Clarke Central High School (Athens, GA). He received his A.B. from Princeton University, and his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was the student body president and served on the editorial board of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law.
