Mr. Baggarly is a member of Brock Clay’s Corporate and Transactional Department with a primary focus on real estate law, both commercial and residential closings, real estate litigation, title examinations and related litigation.

Mr. Baggarly attended East Carolina University and graduated in 1970 receiving a BSBA. In 1972, after serving in the US Armed Forces he moved to Atlanta, Georgia and attended the Woodrow Wilson College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate. He has been practicing law in the State of Georgia since 1975. He is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, and the Georgia Real Estate Section of the State Bar.
