Mr. Kline is a Special Education litigator with the firm. As a Special Education litigator, Mr. Kline has extensive experience regarding the Individuals with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Before joining the firm's Special Education practice section, Mr. Kline practiced education law in the firm's litigation group, defending the firm's school district clients regarding contract and tort liability in the state courts, as well as Section 1983 liability in United States District Court. Mr. Kline graduated from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia, with a B.A. in Political Science. He received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School-Camden. |
